Good news!

Those of you who don't know... we have been trying to start a family for some time now. After several unsuccesful IUI treatments (intrauterine insemination - 6 of them) in 2006 and 2007 we took a break and now are ready to go at it again! And we just learned that the insurance approved us for 6 months or 2 cycles of IVF! We are starting this week and hopefully will have something to share with you all in the spring! :o) Please keep your fingers, toes, legs,... everything... crossed for us!


Myslim ze vsetci viete ze sa s Bobbym snazime o babatko uz dost dlho. Po siestich nepodarenych inseminaciach nas poistovna prave odobrila na 2 cykly umeleho oplodnenia! Zaciname tento tyzden a dufam ze na jar sa budeme moct podelit s dobrymi spravami! Prosim drzte nam palce, paste....

We did rest..

...quite a lot, it definitely was a vacation to remember! And trust me, we will remember it in the summer, when the work never ends and the pace is crazy!!

Ale sme si aj oddychli, budeme si na dovolenky radi spominat, hlavne v lete, ked je prace nad hlavu a takmer sa nezastavime ako je den dlhy!!

Middlebury, Vermont

After leaving Boston, it was off to Vermont. As our luck had it, we were driving during a big snow storm the whole time, so a 3hr trip took us over 7 hours! But it was worth it! The inn was fabulous (I dorecommend it if you are ever in that area, here is their website - www.swifthouseinn.com). We stayed at the EmmaWillard room in the main house, it was beautiful! Some of you do know how much we love fireplaces, that was probably our favorite part - we curled up on the floor by the fire in the evenings and quietly read.. We spend half the next day cross-country skiing - it was a firs time for Bobby EVER - he did very well, I must say.. and me, after not standing on skiis for more than 15 years - not so shabby either! Only fell 3-4 times...

Z Bostonu sme sa pobrali do Vermontu. Nanestastie sme celou cestou isli v snehovej burke a cesta nam namiesto troch hodin trvala vyse sedem!! Ale bolo dobre, sme si zabezkovali - Bobby po prvy krat v zivote a celkom sa mu darilo... ja som spadla len 3-4 krat, co nie je zle na niekoho kto nestal na lyziach vyse 15 rokov, nie?

Akk si kliknete na linku hore,dostanete sa na webku nasho hotelika, my sme mali izbu Emma Willard, najviac sa nam ratal ten kozub, kazdy vecer sme sa usalasili na zemi pri ohni, s poharom dobreho cerveneho vinka a knizkou...ach jaj...
