No asi sme velmi posluchali lebo sa nam darceky ani pod stromcek nezmestili! Dakujeme vsetkym co si na nas spomenuli, velmi sa nam pacilo!! Myslite ze mame dost knih na citanie?

We were really good I think because the presents were spilling from under the tree! Thank you to all of those that remembered us, we absolutely love all the presents!

Festival of Trees

Festival stromcekov... tento rok nas stromcek (robili sme ho s Jean)

bol inspirovany starym americkym filmom zo 40-tych rokov "Zivot je nadherny". Celkom sa nam podaril..

The Festival of Trees raises money for the Whaling museum as well. My friend Jean and I did a tree based on the movie "It's a wonderful life". If you do remember it, they were wearing a bathrobe and a striped sweater in one scene. We did signs, rose petals, snow, angel wings and bells (you remember - when a bell rings, an angel gets his wings!) :o) it was a lot of fun and a great way to start the season!

Festival of Wreaths

Festival vencov... kazdorocne venujem rucne robeny veniec nasmu muzeu. Tento rok moj veniec vyzeral takto..

Evety year I donate a handmade wreath to the Festival of Wreaths that raises money for our Whaling Museum and Historical Association. This is my 2007 wreath.

Nantucket Lightship Baskets

I was lucky enough to learn how to make Lightship baskets, something very traditional and special on Nantucket. This one is almost finished... the pictures are not very flattering but what can I do...

Christmas baking..

Aj sme piekli (teda ja som piekla)... I did all the baking and enjoyed it SO MUCH!!! 14 different kinds... as you can see, i like to pat myself on the shoulder.. :o)
